Do you offer a guarantee with your repair work?
Yes all the work we carry out comes with a 3 month (90 day) guarantee.

What do I pay if my Game Console / PC / Laptop / TV cant be repaired?
On the whole we offer a no fix no fee repair service but on the odd occasion we may need to buy in parts specially for your job, in this case you will be billed for these parts even if it doesn't fully fix the problem, you will how ever be informed of this before anything is ordered and before any work is carried out so you can then make an informed decision whether to have to work done or not.

Can I drop off and pick up my repair work?
Yes that is fine.

Do I pay before or after the work is done?
All jobs are billed on completion so you can pay on collection or pay before the item is posted back to you by courier.
